The Metallization Department specializes in anticorrosive protection of industrial equipment and structures. This technology protects and significantly extends the life of various equipment and metal structures in the most difficult environments and conditions.
Anticorrosive thermal spraying is applied onto the ferrous metals surface being sprayed forming coating and protecting metals against corrosion. Thermal spraying is widely used for coating of metal surfaces to improve mechanical properties (wear resistance, hardness) and physical properties (thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity) of surfaces been coated. It is applied to repair and restore worn components with saving or improving their surface properties.
